CTS Eventim is a promoter of live music events in the market of live entertainment in Continental Europe. Co. operates in two segments: Ticketing, which is engaged in producing, selling, brokering, distributing and marketing tickets for concert, theatre, art, sports and other events in Germany and abroad, using data processing and data transmission technologies; and Live Entertainment, which is engaged in planning, preparing and executing tours and events, primarily music events and concerts, and marketing music productions. In its Live Entertainment segment, Co. operates in the German-speaking countries and also, through its Hammersmith Apollo Ltd. joint venture in Great Britain.

Dino Polska is engaged in the business of retail sale in non-specialized stores with food, beverages and tobacco. In addition, Co. conducts processing of meats and the resulting products are dedicated, in the form of culinary meat, to external recipients within Co.'s retail chain. As of December 31, 2016, Co. operated a network of 628 Dino stores.

Geberit is a supplier of sanitary technology products. Co. develops, produces and distributes sanitary products and systems for the residential and commercial new construction and renovation markets. Co.'s product range consists of: the Sanitary Systems product area with the Installation Systems, Cisterns & Mechanisms, Faucets & Flushing Systems and Waste Fittings & Traps product lines; and the Piping Systems product area with the Building Drainage Systems and Supply Systems product lines. Co.'s products are sold through the wholesale channel to in more than 120 countries.
