DIC Asset AG : VIB Vermögen in the crosshairs of DIC
>DIC plans to hold c.51% of VIB´s shares - Yesterday (31 January), DIC announced that it intends to launch a voluntary public partial offer to buy a yet to be determined number of VIB Vermögen AG shares for € 51.00 per share in cash. DIC plans to hold c.51% of VIB´s shares following the successful completion of the partial offer and to fully consolidate VIB in its financial statements. The offer document is expected to be published on 9 February 2022.
