>Dormakaba annonce, comme attendu, céder une partie de Mesker, avec une moins-value - Dormakaba annonce ce matin la cession de son activité de portes métalliques creuses à Trimco (solutions de quincaillerie aux US) et MMI (fabricant de portes pour l’Amérique centrale et du sud). Il garde en revanche l’activité portes design de Mesker (quelques dizaines de MCHF de chiffre d’affaires).
