Avolta : New offering of € 500m due 2031
Avolta (ex-Dufry) announces a new € 500m offering of senior unsecured notes due 2031 (NC3) to finance a tender offer on its existing 2024 senior notes (€ 800 m outstanding) at a cash purchase price of 99.35% (+accrued interest), i.e. a very limited premium over the 99.2% cash price on Friday evening. The tender offer will save the group only CHF 3m at best, offsetting the transaction costs of the new offering.
