Elior va reprendre l’activité Multiservices (DMS) de Derichebourg pour une VE de 450 m EUR. L’acquisition sera intégralement financée par l’émission d’actions nouvelles Elior au profit de Derichebourg SA, qui augmentera ainsi sa participation à 48.4% du capital. Nous voyons cette opération comme bénéfique pour Elior à plusieurs titres, opérationnellement et financièrement.
