Enagas : Divestment of LNG Quintero: aligned with strategy and attractive exit multiple
>Agreement to divest stake in GNL Quintero - Enagás has agreed to sell its 45.4% of GNL Quintero in Chile for $ 661m (€ 601m at current exchange rates), 1.8x its book value in 2021. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed during H2 2022. The transaction is part of the asset rotation strategy announced by the group in its Strategic Plan.
