ENGIE : Une opération surprise dans les bornes de recharge électriques
>Détails de la transaction - Engie a annoncé vendredi une opération d’envergure pour sa filiale de recharge de voiture électrique EVBox qu’il avait acquis en 2017. TPG Pace Group a levé 350 M$ dans le cadre de l'introduction en Bourse d'une société d'acquisition à vocation spéciale («SPAC»), TPG Pace Beneficial Finance (TPGY), en octobre 2020. Parallèlement à l'introduction en Bourse, TPGY a obtenu 100 M$ supplémentaires d'engagements de contrats d'achat à terme (FPA)...Engie is an industrial group, based in France, active in the fields of gas, electricity, energy services and the environment.
