Eramet : Prise de bénéfice et update des recommandations
Suite au coup d’Etat au Gabon fin août, les obligations Eramet ont beaucoup souffert : dans la foulée de l’annonce, le prix de la souche 2025 avait perdu 4.7 points, à 96.5%, et celui de la 2028, 6.5 points, à 94%, ce qui semble justifié compte tenu de la forte exposition d’Eramet au Gabon (Comilog représentait 38% de l’EBITDA ajusté en 2022). - Toutefois, nous avions fait le pari qu’une solution diplomatique serait trouvée car le dialogue restait ouvert et le poids de la Comilog...Eramet is a mining and metallurgical group, which specializes in the extraction, production and marketing of non-ferrous metals, their chemical derivatives, alloys and superalloys, and parts. Co.'s operations are divided into three divisions: Nickel division which focuses on nickel and its derivative applications; Manganese division which focuses on manganese alloys, manganese chemical derivatives and provides recovery and recycling services of metals contained in oil-industry catalysts, electric batteries and acid solutions; and Alloys division which produces and sells special high-performance steels, superalloys and pre-machined parts based on these materials or aluminium and titanium.
