Esker : 2023 results: a blessing in disguise
>2023 results down (as expected), below Esker standards - Esker published (as expected) lower FY results for 2023. With € 178.6m in previously published revenues, up 12% (+14% organically), EBIT fell by 16% to € 17.9m, in line with management's adjusted guidance and consensus expectations, but slightly below our initial forecast (ODDO BHF € 18.8m; VA consensus: € 18.1m). This gives a margin of 10% (-350bp YoY), a level below Esker's historical performance (12%-15% EBI...ESKER and its subsidiaries are engaged in the design and production of software applications. Co. operates corporate resource access software such as applications and databases for workstations. Co. has three major product groups: Host Access, DeliveryWare and Fax Server. Host Access products allows users to access applications and databases stored on different servers from their own workstations. DeliveryWare responds to the need of companies for automatic management document delivery. Fax Server allows the user to send a fax directly from their workstation.
