Eutelsat Communications is a private telecommunications satellite operator involved in the design, establishment, operation and maintenance of satellite telecommunications systems covering a large geographical area (extended Europe (including North Africa and the Middle East), sub-Saharan Africa, parts of America and Asia). Co. provides its customers broadcasting capacity and associated services to transmit TV programmes via satellite, cable or Internet Protocol (IP) networks. As of June 30, 2013, Co. owned and operated 31 satellites in geostationary orbit and 4 satellites in inclined orbit.

Hornbach Holding is engaged in the development and operation of do-it-yourself (DIY) megastores with garden centers on an international basis. In addition, Co. and its subsidiaries are engaged in the construction materials and builders' merchant business. Co. operates within two segments: retail business and its real estate business. Co.'s activities can be summed up to 2 segments: Mailroom Solutions & Communication & Shipping Solutions, divided into 9 operations: Automated mail opening, Management of incoming mail & traceability of important mail, Address printers, Automated insertion equipment, Intelligent franking, Financing solutions, Data quality, Customer Communication Management and Shipping Solutions, mainly in Europe & North America.
