Evotec is a holding company engaged as a drug discovery solutions company providing drug discovery capabilities to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies as well as to academic institutions. These drug discovery solutions are provided in form of fee-for service work, integrated drug discovery alliances, development partnerships, licensing of drug candidates and consulting arrangements. Co. is primarily involved in the areas of neuroscience, pain, metabolic diseases, oncology and inflammation. Glanbia is a performance nutrition and ingredients group, engaged in providing performance nutrition, cheese, dairy ingredients, specialty non-dairy ingredients and vitamin and mineral premixes. Co. operates through two division: Seating Systems, which develops and produces driver and passenger seats for agricultural and construction vehicles, forklifts, trucks, buses and trains; and Automotive, which supplies headrests, armrests and center consoles to carmakers and systems suppliers for the automotive industry.

Co.'s segments include: Clay Building Materials Eastern Europe, Clay Building Materials Western Europe, Pipes & Pavers Eastern Europe, Pipes & Pavers Western Europe, North America and Holding & Others. The Clay Building Materials Europe division covers activities in the areas of clay blocks, facing bricks and roof tiles. The Pipes & Pavers Europe division includes Co.'s business activities with plastic pipes, ceramic pipes and concrete pavers. The North America division covers activities in the areas of facing bricks, plastic pipes and concrete products. The Holding & Others division covers activities in the areas of clay blocks.
