Fives is preparing to issue two new secured bonds for a total of â‚¬Â 600m in two tranches, fixed rate and floating rate, due inÂ 2025. The transaction is set to repay the existing â‚¬Â 380m 4.5% 2021 and â‚¬Â 200m 2020 FRN notes. The new bonds are rated 'B3' and 'B+' respectively by Moody's and S&P.>
