Flos B&B Italia (ex-IDG) : Refinancing of the FRN due 2026
Flos B&B Italia has announced a refinancing transaction of its FRN due May 2026. This was the last refinancing we expected in the sector in 2024. We published a full report about the group on 6 June and an update on 27 November following the Q3 earnings release. In this new report, we only present the key credit elements (more details are provided in our previous studies), describe the announced transaction and propose a pricing that we believe is fair for the issue.
