Gamenet : Updating our views in the wake of Gamenet’s new ownership
Trilantic, the Chiarva family and Intralot, Gamenet’s three largest shareholders, announced on 23 October the sale of their 49% stake to Apollo for € 182.5m, a deal expected to close in Q4. Apollo will then launch a mandatory takeover for the rest of the capital. Apollo's objective is to delist Gamenet either through the takeover or by promoting a merger into the acquisition vehicle, for which it needs a 67% majority in an EGM.
