GL Events : Bonne année 2023, guidance 2024 dépassable selon nous
>Une bonne année 2023 - Au titre de son exercice 2023, GL Events a publié un ROC de 133 M€ (vs 103 M€ en 2022), supérieur à nos attentes. En résulte une MOC de 9,4% (contre 7.8% en 2022). L’EBITDA ressort à 199 M€ (ODDO BHF : 195 M€e), soit une hausse de 18% vs 2022. Pour rappel, le CA 2023 avait déjà été publié en janvier à 1 427 M€ (+9% vs 2022). Par division :Live (58%) : Ingénierie logistique et événementielle, CA 430.4 M€ (-3% vs 2022), bonne résilience...GL events is an international provider of event solutions and services. Co. operates in three segments of the event industry market: the organization of trade fairs, conventions and events(Co. organizes proprietary trade shows); the management of venues(Co.'s venues are managed under concession agreements or long-term public-private partnerships); and services for events(Co. equips and installs every type of event).
