Note that just over two weeks ago the group released its preliminary EBIT and net income for Q1, at the abandonment of its guidance for net profit for 2020 (initially anticipated at € 1.2bn). Written premiums were up sharply (+12.2% in P&C reinsurance and +0.4% in life and health reinsurance).
