>Une très forte résilience des foncières - Icade publie ce matin un chiffre d’affaires consolidé sur 9M 2020 de 978 M€, à -6.6% à périmètre constant (pc) (+1.9% sur les foncières et -15.6% sur la Promotion). Cette performance traduit une forte résilience des foncières et une activité de promotion impactée moins que prévu par les retards sur les chantiers due au confinement : Foncière Tertiaire : les revenus locatifs s’élèvent à 256 M€ sur 9M 20 en hausse de +4.5%...Icade is a property developer/real estate investment trust (REIT).
