INEOS Styrolution acquired BP's Aromatics and Acetyls businesses at the end of 2020 for $ 5bn. The new group was joined by INOVYN, resulting in the creation of INEOS Quattro. INEOS Quattro plans to issue, via INEOS Quattro Finance 1 and INEOS Quattro Finance 2, secured and unsecured bonds in four tranches for a total amount equivalent to € 2bn, maturing in 2026.
