Intertrust : CSC cash bid of € 20.0/sh recommended by Intertrust
>Clear step towards a deal - This morning Intertrust and CSC announced they have agreed a recommended cash offer of € 20.0 per share (cum dividend), which values Intertrust at approximately € 1.8bn. This represents a premium of approximately 59% to the undisturbed price. CSC already made this offer three days after CVC offered € 18/sh (12 November).
