IM Group announces planned € 250m five-year NC2 bond issue. Proceeds will be allocated to the repayment of the € 181m IMGRP 6.625% 2025 bond on 1 March 2023 at the call price (101.636%) resulting in a short-term gain of 3 percentage points over the current bond price (pre-announcement), as well as to the repayment of the shareholder subordinated debt for € 60m.
