>2019 results undermined by operating difficulties - ISS’ 2019 results, reported yesterday, fell short of expectations, with an EBIT margin down 80bp at 4.2%, due to operating difficulties, particularly in France (slower-than-expected progress in restructuring), and two loss-making contracts in Denmark and Hong Kong. Organic growth was nonetheless robust, at +7.1%, thanks in part to the launch of the contract with Deutsche Telekom mid-year.
