Italmatch Chemicals : Focus Emission
Italmatch, a leading global specialty chemicals group focusing on the manufacturing of specialty chemical additives and value-added formulations, intends to issue € 690m split between 5Y fixed rate notes and floating rate notes. The issuance proceeds, coupled with cash in hand, will be used to finance the redemption of the existing senior secured bonds due 2028, pay the redemption premium, and pay related fees and expenses. Alongside the transaction, the total amount under the RCF will be increased by € 10m to € 117m
