>First-half results affected by the crisis (H1 underlying operating profit down 82% to € 12.3m vs € 19.7m est.) - Kaufman & Broad posted H1 2020 results that fell short of expectations. The key figures were as follows: A fall in sales in H1 2020 of -45.3% to € 385m (ODDO BHF: € 430.7m est.), with Q2 sales down -77% to € 85.7m. This decrease is due, as expected, to the health crisis (strong contraction in activity in the 2 months of lockdown).
