>Des résultats 9m proches des attentes : ROC 53.5 M€ vs 52 M€ estimés - Au titre des 9 premiers mois de l’année, le groupe Kaufman & Broad publie des résultats globalement proches de nos estimations. Ceux-ci se caractérisent par : 1/ une baisse de l’activité de 35.3% à 701.2 M€ (nous retenions 717.2 M€) ce qui laisse apparaitre un T3 en légère progression de 5.8% (hausse notamment liée au Tertiaire), 2/ un ROC à 53.5 M€ avec une MOP de 7.6% ce qui est une décroissance...Kaufman & Broad SA is a France-based property developer and builder.
