We reiterate our Stable Credit Opinion on Kiloutou. Operating results remain good and the group is pursuing its international expansion. For the current year, given the tensions in residential construction in Europe, Kiloutou expects a slowdown in activity but not a decline. Earnings are still expected to grow and capex is to be adjusted to safeguard the group's financial position and maintain a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio which is expected to slide to around 4x.
