Kiloutou : Kiloutou is back on the bond market
Kiloutou has launched a new offering of FRN senior secured notes of at least € 250m due July 2030 (6.5 years). Alongside this proposed issue, the group is offering: - - holders of FRN 2026 KILOTO notes (Eur+325bp, € 400m) to swap (at par) their notes into the new 2030 bonds. The swapped notes will be added to the new bond issue and will be fungible with each other. - - holders of FRN 2027 KILOTO bonds (Eur+550bp, € 200m) to redeem them at 101%.
