>ESG Best-in-class Opinion reiterated after our road show - We received Klépierre’s management, Julien Goubault (general secretary), Clementine Pacitti (head of CSR) and Hugo Martins (IR) for an ESG road show. We confirm our ESG Best-in-class opinion. The group achieved 99% of the targets in its previous CSR road map, notably the 84% reduction in the intensity of CO2/m2 emissions since 2017 and a 48% reduction in energy intensity in its portfolio since 2013. Co.'s properties include shopping centers, office buildings and shops.
