>KONE a décidé de ne pas poursuivre les discussions avec Thyssenkrupp - Thyssenkrupp a annoncé, hier dans un communiqué, sa décision de poursuivre les négociations avec deux consortiums de Private Equity (Blackstone, Carlyle et Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board on the d’un côté, et Advent et Cinven de l’autre) pour sa division Elevator Technologies.
