Clariane : Emission d’une nouvelle obligation de 500 m EUR à échéance 2031
Clariane a profité d’une fenêtre de marché pour placer une obligation de 500 m EUR à échéance 2031. Ces nouvelles obligations ont été notées B2/B+ et sont pari passu avec les anciennes obligations senior unsecured du groupe. Elles ont une structure « HY standard », avec la possibilité d’être remboursées par anticipation d’ici 2 ans (contrairement aux obligations 2030 qui ne sont pas « callable »). Le produit de l’émission est destiné à refinancer les emprunts schuldschein et EuroPP à échéance 2026 (146 m EUR), 2027 (141 m EUR) et 2028 (230 m EUR). L’IPT a commencé à “low to mid 7s”, puis le price-talk a été officialisé à 7%a (+/-12.5bp). Au final, les titres ont été placés à 6.875%.
