The Company owns various subsidiaries, including Pacifique des Jeux and FDJ Developpement for the distribution in French overseas territory; Societe de Gestion de l'Echappee, which manages the Company-sponsored professional cycling team; Francaise de Motivation, Francaise d'Images, Lotsys and LVS.
