La Mondiale : Initiating coverage of the RT1 notes with a Neutral recommendation
La Mondiale yesterday issued € 500m of RT1 PNC34 bonds. The IPT was set at 7% and the final pricing at 6.75%, for an issue amount of EUR 500m. The purpose of this issue is to proactively manage the refinancing of its Perp NC25 5.05%, on which a cash buyback offer was launched simultaneously, at a price of 101.125%. - We have a Neutral recommendation on LAMON's RT1 PNC29 and are initiating coverage of the new PNC34 issue with the same recommendation.
