>Interview with the FT - Yesterday’s edition of the FT ran an article on the mounting criticism of Paul Bulcke a few months ahead of the 2019 general meeting, at which his re-election as chairman will be put to a shareholder vote. In the article, the FT quotes Paul Bulcke abd Mark Schneider several times. Nestlé confirmed that an interview did take place though it was not formally transcribed. Regarding Nestlé’s stake in L’Oréal, the FT article states: “Mr ...L'Oreal acts as a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. plays a strategic coordination role and scientific, industrial and marketing coordination role on a global basis. Co. develops, manufactures and commercializes products for Skin care, Hair care, Make-up, Perfumes, Toiletries and deodorants, and Oral cosmetics.
