We reiterate our Stable Credit Opinion on Louis Dreyfus Company. The entry into the capital of the Abu Dhabi sovereign fund has been positive in a number of respects, as it has further strengthened governance, opened up new commercial partnerships with the United Arab Emirates (10 million inhabitants) and, most importantly, it has contributed to a drastic reduction in debt.
