Loxam : Back on the bond market
Loxam has just completed a € 500m bond placement in two tranches: a € 300m senior secured tranche due 2026 NC3 priced at 2.875% (vs. price talk in the 3% area, upsized by €35m) and a € 200m senior subordinated tranche maturing in 2027 NC3 priced at 4.5% (vs. price talk in the 4.75% area).
