Loxam : Resilience in cycles
Loxam has just completed the issue of a new € 300m senior secured bond, maturing in 2028 (five years), the proceeds of which will be used to prepay the 4.25% issue due 15 April 2024. The bonds were issued at 6.375%, at the lower end of the guidance (vs. IPT: "6.5%-6.75%", then reduced to "area 6.5%") offering a small premium to the curve of Loxam's other senior secured bonds.
