Maxeda is preparing a € 400m six-year NC 2 senior secured notes issue. Proceeds from the issue together with € 52m of existing cash will be used to redeem the existing MAXDIY 2022 bond at call price (€ 435m remaining outstanding after the € 40m buyback on the market in Q2).
