>Mediaset Espana acquires 4.25% of Pro7Sat1’s capital - Mediaset Espana (55.7% Mediaset) yesterday announced the acquisition of 4.25% of the capital of Pro7Sat1. This is the second acquisition by the Spanish group which now owns 9.75% of the capital of Pro7Sat1 and Mediaset 20.1% as Mediaset Espana is consolidated.
