L’échange n’a pas réservé de surprises, juste quelques éléments de compréhension sur l’implémentation du plan stratégique 2020. A ce titre, le groupe a réitéré ses objectifs 2020 à savoir TMVA 2017-20 du PNB et des coûts de 5% et <3%, ROTE 2020 de 13-14.5% et ratio CET1 2020 de 11%.
