>Disposal of 60% of Herat to Casa Terradellas - Nestlé announced yesterday evening that it has agreed with the Spanish food group Tarradellas to sell the latter a 60% stake in Herta through a JV within which Nestlé will keep a 40% stake.They did it (!) for a high EV of € 690m, i.e. 15x EBITDA - Herta is small (sales of € 667m) and the value of € 690m for 100% represents just 0.3% of Nestlé’s market capitalisation.
