Ordina : Bottom line improving, with company gearing up for further growth
>FY 2021 results – good growth across the board - Ordina’s FY 2021 results showed good growth across the board. The company beat consensus expectations both on the top line and on EBITDA, while net profit came in a shade behind forecasts. For the full year, Ordina was able to expand its top line by 6.8% YoY via a combination of organic (6.1%) and inorganic (0.7%) growth. Revenues from the five BPs came in at 40% of group sales. The IT Services segment performs activities relating to business consulting, system development and integration, and application management and maintenance. Within the Business Process Outsourcing segment, Co. assumes full responsibility for backoffices (i.e. business processes and IT) of clients operating in the banking and insurance sectors. It was decided, in the second half of 2008, not to continue the BPO activities under Co.'s umbrella on a permanent basis.
