Orège : Résultats 2023 dégradés – 2024 sera encore une année de transition
>CA de 1.2 M€ en retrait de 64% / ROC de -7.8 M€ - Orège a publié ce mardi ses résultats 2023 qui ressortent en dessous de notre attente. Pour un CA de 1.2 M€ en retrait de 64%, le ROC ressort à -7.8 M€ et le RNpg à -10.2 M€. Au 31 décembre 2023 la dette nette du groupe s’élève à 45.2 M€ (dette de 45.8 M€ dont 45 M€ liés aux avances en compte courant d’actionnaires et trésorerie de 0.6 M€). Depuis fin 2023, une nouvelle avance de 1.6 M€ a été engagée avec Eren Industr...Orege SA is a France-based company active in the environmental industry. The Company offers solutions of the treatment of effluents, such as wastewater and sludge, for industrials in the oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical sectors, as well as for the food and beverage and municipals industries. It provides water treatment units, which are later operated by customers in partnership with the Company, and water purification services, which involve the setting up for a determined period of time (from one month to over a year depending on the case) of a treatment on the customers site for one-off treatment work. In March 2014, Eren's stake in the Company increased up to 69.22% of capital and 60.52% of voting rights as result of takeover bid launched together with certain shareholders. In March 2014, Eren SA acquired 48.9% of the Company.
