Picard : A coldly welcomed change of control
Picard announced its forthcoming change of control. Invest Group Zouari (IGZ) has entered into a put option agreement to purchase from Lion Capital the entirety of its 52% stake in the business. - Most of the financing will be carried out outside the restricted group, but it will nevertheless involve € 200m of cash from Picard, financed by a new senior secured debt.
