Picard : New bond offering.
Picard is to issue € 1.2bn of new bonds in two tranches (fixed-rate & FRN) with 5-years maturities (NC 2&1 year respectively) to refinance its 2026 notes. Proceeds from these issuances will be allocated to the call of the FRNs at par and to a tender offer at par on the 2026 fixed-rate notes, i.e. a little less than 1 pt below the call price on 1 July 2024 (100.969%), which will help the group save the call premium (€ 7m) by taking advantage of the market pressure seen these past ...
