Prosus NV : Cession de 2% du capital de Tencent, avant un nouveau rachat d’actions ?
>Une cession de titres quelques jours après la fin du lock-up - Prosus a annoncé hier la cession sur le marché de 191,890 M Tencent représentant environ 2% du capital du groupe chinois. Ceci intervient quelques jours après la fin du lock-up de 3 ans. Cette opération va permettre à Prosus d’obtenir jusqu’à 14.7 Md$ de cash, sans taxe compte tenu de sa domiciliation aux Pays-Bas.
