>Deteriorating top line - In a recent conversation with the company, we understand that market conditions in Q4 remained tough. We forecast an organic revenue decline of 8.4% for the quarter, which would be the steepest YoY decline of the year, after Randstad reported organic revenue declines of 7.3% in Q3, and 5.1% and 4.2% in Q2 and Q1 respectively. Our Q4 revenue forecast includes volume declines of some 10%, partially offset by wage inflation of 2-3%.
