Rexel : After a solid H1, H2 shows no signs of a downturn
>A quality H1 which provides leeway for the rest of the year - Rexel published on Friday morning a quality set of H1 results, 5% above expectations at the adjusted EBITA level (see our Equity Flash of Friday 28 July). Sales totalled € 9,763m, up 8.1% like-for-like and on a constant number of working days. For Q2 alone, organic sales growth reached 6.2% (including 2.8% price and 3.3% volume).Adjusted EBITA reached € 702m, allowing the margin to remain above 7%, at...Rexel distributes low and ultra-low voltage electrical products to contractors, industrial and commercial customers (industrial and commercial companies, municipalities, public entities, parts manufacturers and panel builders). Its products are used for new installations, or maintenance & repair of existing installations. Its products covers Electrical Installation Equipment, Conduits and Cables, Lighting, Security & Communication, Climate Control, Tools, White & Brown Products. Co. also offers services to its customers, such as logistics & distribution, technical assistance & training. Co. operates mainly in four geographical areas: Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
