Suite à l’assemblée générale tenue le 20 juin 2018, Inovyn Italia, actionnaire majoritaire de la société (60% du capital), a décidé de stopper toute activité de recyclage. Le groupe Serge Ferrari, qui détenait 40% de Vinyloop au travers de Texyloop, va donc céder l’ensemble de sa participation à Inovyn Italia qui va prendre en charge ...Sergeferrari Group SAS is a France-based company, which produces flexible composite materials.
