Last week, we published a flash note reviewing recent stakeholder positions on the SFDR 2.0 reform. We initiated coverage of Czechoslovak Group (CSG) together with the Aerospace & Defense team. An Osapiens survey of 403 companies found that most intend to continue publishing sustainability reports on a voluntary basis. The European Commission adopted the legislative proposal for the Industrial Accelerator Act (IAA). On the social front, an ECB analysis shows that AI adoption in European companies is associated with a slight net increase in hiring rather than job losses. Equileap notes steady progress on gender equality for 2026, while highlighting continued imbalances in leadership roles and regional disparities. On governance, Société Générale will propose a 45% increase in its CEO’s fixed salary at its annual general meeting. A French legislative proposal suggests incorporating nature protection into corporate governance. According to Ares, current EU measures are unlikely to prevent shortages of critical minerals that are essential for the defence sector and the energy transition.
