The European Parliament rejected the mandate adopted by the Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) on the omnibus on CSRD and CS3D. A report from the CFI revealed that banks are stagnating in their climate action despite their "net zero" commitments. The International Maritime Organization postponed the adoption of its net zero emissions framework for maritime transport by one year. The European Aviation Safety Agency published its first annual technical report on the implementation of the ReFuelEU regulation. The Paris Judicial Court partially condemned TotalEnergies for "deceptive commercial practices." On the social front, Kering employees in Italy went on strike against the company's "unilateral decisions." In business ethics, BNP Paribas was found complicit in abuses in Sudan by a New York district court; the group is expected to appeal this decision. Worldline published the results of external assessments by Accuracy and Oliver Wyman on its high-risk merchant business. In governance, the Chairman and six independent members of Novo Nordisk's Board of Directors resigned following a disagreement between the Board and its majority shareholder.
