On the social front, Franceinfo broadcast a report on a new crisis of unhappiness among Orange employees in France. ArcelorMittal plans to cut approximately 600 jobs in France. Regarding governance, the Paris Court of Appeal found that Bolloré SE had de facto control over Vivendi SE.
